Using Kotlin as the language and Android Studio as the IDE development tool, you’ll take your basic knowledge of Android development and accelerate your skills by developing Android Apps during your term.

Students must come into the term already having taken at least an online course in Android development, or self-study equivalent. Note that we no longer allow students to study within the term. We recommend that students apply well in advance of the start of their term to allow them enough time to study accordingly. For Android Developers, we suggest applying at least 2 months (3 would be better) before the start of the term IF your skills need upgrading.

In certain cases, we may decide to administer a test to determine proficiency before acceptance. Students with their own Github repository showcasing past work will be strongly considered.
